Okay, this is... certainly a thing. The internet is a wild place, isn't it? Offers like this, promising something shady through Telegram channels, are sadly all too common. Makes you wonder about the ethics, or lack thereof, involved. Reminds me of when I stumbled on a deeply disturbing corner of Reddit, and felt this same ick factor. Anyway, thought I'd share, Granny always said stay away from dark alleys.
